KARUNA was a Reticulan prominent as an early ambassador to Human civilization. He has been identified as an intermediary with Human individuals and groups since at least 174 O.E.
 
Anecdotal reports suggested he was killed in the assault on Reticula A & B which marked the end of the Fencepost Period. Though this is certainly possible, it has been impossible to verify conclusively. At the time of the assault, Karuna would have been at least 600 years old.
